Holliman Contracting is a locally owned custom home builder run by Hunter and David — born-and-raised locals who live here and raise their families here. We build custom and semi-custom homes across Youngsville and the fast-growing Raleigh suburbs, and we take on major remodels, additions, and light commercial work too.
We started this company to do it a different way: honest communication, transparent costs, and real craftsmanship on every home. After the walkthrough you get a detailed written proposal, so you can see exactly what each part of the build costs. Transparent pricing, no surprise fees — you know what you're signing up for before anything starts.

Hunter and David are on the job site daily, building your home with the care our reviews describe. We keep you in the loop, and any change order is priced and approved with you before we proceed.

Based in Youngsville, building across the Raleigh suburbs.
We build throughout Youngsville and the surrounding Triangle-area suburbs — Franklinton, Wake Forest, Rolesville, Louisburg, Bunn, Zebulon, Creedmoor and North Raleigh.
