A kitchen or bath remodel touches almost every trade — cabinetry, counters, plumbing, electrical, tile and finishes — which is why they so often go sideways when the trades are split across people who don't talk to each other. Sequenced badly, you get gaps, rework and delays.
We coordinate the whole remodel as one project, so the trades follow in the right order and the finished room comes together cleanly. You're free to source your own fixtures and finishes if you'd like — we're flexible on vendors and won't lock you into ours.
Coordinated, not pieced together
Cabinetry, counters, plumbing, electrical, tile and paint all have to land in the right order. Because we manage the whole remodel, nothing falls between the trades — and the room is finished properly rather than handed back as a list of loose ends.
Your fixtures, your finishes
Some clients want to hand-pick every fixture; others want us to guide them to trusted suppliers. Either way works. You can source your own materials, and we'll build around the choices you've made.
