Holliman Contracting is a locally owned custom home builder run by Hunter and David — born-and-raised locals who live here and raise their families here. We build custom and semi-custom homes across Youngsville and the fast-growing Raleigh suburbs, on honesty, communication and craftsmanship.

Holliman Contracting is run by two owners, Hunter and David — hands-on builders who are on the job site every day. They watched this part of North Carolina grow from quiet rural land into one of the fastest-growing areas in the state, and started building homes here the way they'd want their own built: honestly, and with care.
Born-and-raised local
We're not a national builder parachuting in. We live here, we raise our families here, and the homes we build are down the road from us. That's why our clients get a builder who actually answers the phone, shows up on site, and stands behind the work — because our reputation in this community is the whole business.

A detailed written proposal follows every walkthrough — you see what each part of the build costs, with no surprise fees at the end.
Approve before we proceed
Any change order is priced and approved with you before a single board is cut, so the budget never moves without your say-so.

You're free to pick and supply your own fixtures and finishes — we're flexible on vendors and won't lock you into ours.
On the job site daily
Hunter and David are hands-on and present on the job site every day — you always know who's building your home.
